About The Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play. No experience? No problem. Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn. If you love working with kids, this could be the most meaningful job you have ever had! This role involves providing 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting, teaching communication, play, daily living, and social skills, following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA, using evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow, and tracking progress and celebrating meaningful wins.

Requirements

• Passion for helping young children
• Patient and dependable presence
• Energy and willingness to actively engage in play
• Desire to grow and learn something new
• Nails must be no longer than ¼ inch past the fingertip
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
