About The Position

Help autistic children find their voice. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. You’ll be their guide, their support, their safe place. Every small breakthrough, every smile, word, or moment of connection will remind you why your work is so important.

Requirements

• A heart for helping kids

• Eagerness & energy to play
• A willingness to learn something new
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
