About The Position

Rebound Therapies is a home and community-focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. We are expanding in Lansing and are looking for passionate individuals to help children grow, learn, and succeed. You'll be part of a team that listens, cares more, and uses evidence-based practice to make a real difference in the lives of families. We are currently hiring for positions in Grand Rapids, MI & Sparta, MI.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

• No prior ABA experience required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
