Behavior Technician – ABA / Autism
About The Position
Developmental Pathways, Inc. has been delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for over 18 years, with a mission to help children thrive and support families with heart and expertise. They are seeking individuals with a passion for working with children and supporting families affected by Autism, for a part-time role with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. The role involves providing 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, supporting skill development, and empowering families through training and compassion, all under the guidance of a BCBA.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Must have a heart for working with children.
- Must have a passion for supporting families affected by Autism.

Responsibilities
