About The Position
Developmental Pathways, Inc. has been providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for over 18 years, with a mission to help children thrive and support families with heart and expertise. They are seeking a Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician to join their team. The role involves providing 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, supporting skill development, and empowering families through training and compassion, all under the guidance of a BCBA.
Requirements
- Must be Spanish speaking.
- Must be able to provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Must be able to implement personalized behavior plans.
- Must be able to collect data.
- Must be able to support skill development.
- Must be able to empower families through training and compassion.
