About The Position

Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. (GPHA) is seeking experienced Board-certified and Board-eligible Pediatricians for full- and part-time positions. GPHA is a non-profit healthcare organization founded in 1970, committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and affordable healthcare services to communities experiencing healthcare disparities. The organization's Total Healthcare Home offers a wide range of services including primary care, specialty care, HIV disease management, dental, behavioral healthcare, and pharmacy services to a diverse, multilingual population in the Greater Philadelphia and Tri-State area. Approximately 40% of patient visits are conducted via telemedicine, and inpatient services are not included.

Requirements

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Pediatrician.
• Experience in well child and adolescent care.
• Experience in acute and chronic disease management.
• Experience in post-hospitalization discharge evaluation.
• Willingness to participate in population health initiatives and pandemic/outbreak response.
• Ability to diagnose and treat sexually transmitted diseases, lead poisoning, and obesity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in telemedicine (approximately 40% of visits are via telemedicine).

Responsibilities

• Provide well child and adolescent care.
