About The Position

Matrix Behavior Solutions is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Lehigh County. The organization is locally owned and operated by parents of children with autism. In this role, you will provide individualized, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA or BC-ABA.

The organization offers paid training, support for eligible employees pursuing RBT certification, and free BCBA supervision for eligible employees working toward BCBA fieldwork requirements. A dedicated staffing team works with employees to identify appropriate cases and establish consistent schedules. Center-based opportunities may also be available in Stroudsburg, Milford, Lehighton, Pottsville, and Northampton.

Requirements

• RBT, BCaBA, or BCAT certification, or another approved behavior analysis certification.
• A high school diploma or equivalent plus completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
• Alternatively, at least two years of ABA experience plus 40 hours of approved ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly.
