About The Position
Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports its RBTs with supervision and onboarding. The Registered Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The posting identifies home-based and day-care cases and an afternoon schedule.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma.
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Organized and dependable, and open to feedback.
- Interest in behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and track session data.
- Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
- Share progress with the clinical team.
