About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Richmond area. Each family has a dedicated care manager, and a BCBA is assigned before the RBT starts. Schedules are built around each family's real week, with clients matched to RBTs based on schedule fit. Sessions are mostly on weekday afternoons and early evenings. The role pays $22–$23 per hour for direct therapy and $10 per hour for training and required meetings. It is part-time with flexible hours.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for weekday afternoon and evening sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy according to a treatment plan written by the assigned BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in supportive supervision and receive feedback.
