About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This role offers a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life, bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families. The company provides a welcoming environment with a leadership team that supports individual growth and aims to make teams feel valued, respected, and heard. This position involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential skills like communication, sharing, and play through fun, play-based activities. Training is provided to ensure staff feel confident in their skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification
• A love and Passion for working with children
• Interest in learning
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
• At least 3 weekdays with the same availability
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

Nice To Haves

• College course work a plus

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, schools, centers).
• Teach communication, sharing, play, and other essential skills.
• Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
• Instruct children affected by autism.
