About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with young children affected by autism. This is a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact on a child's life. The role involves bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism, and offers opportunities for career growth with education and training support, including guidance and financial assistance towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Requirements

Minimum of High School diploma.
Registered Behavior Technician Certification
A love and Passion for working with children
Interest in learning
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
At least 3 weekdays with the same availability
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

College course work a plus

Responsibilities

Work directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, playing, and waiting.
Make therapy sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
Instruct children affected by autism using provided training.
