About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This role offers a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life, bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families. The position involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential communication, sharing, play, and other life skills. The Behavior Technician / Child Interventionist role focuses on making sessions fun through play-based activities and requires an outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality. Butterfly Effects provides training to ensure staff feel confident in the skills needed to instruct children affected by autism and offers a supportive environment with a leadership team that champions individual potential.

Requirements

Minimum of High School diploma.
Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
A love and Passion for working with children.
Interest in learning.
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

College course work a plus.
