About The Position

Lakes Country Service Cooperative is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Lakes Country Academy in Moorhead, Minnesota. The RBT assists the LCA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with behavior programming and is directly supervised by the LCA BCBA. The position provides direct support to students and staff, including staff in challenging classrooms and staff supporting students who are struggling. The RBT models behavior interventions and responds to codes. Indirect responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data in collaboration with the BCBA, assisting with incident report management, participating in behavior meetings, and attending supervision meetings with the BCBA. The position follows the school calendar for 182 workdays per year, at 8 hours per day. The salary range is $32,760 to $47,312. The role is based at Lakes Country Academy in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
