About The Position

Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Lakes Country Academy (LCA) in Moorhead, Minnesota. LCA is a regional Setting IV special education program serving students with diverse needs. The position will lead behavior programming and support students with Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and possibly Autism-Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

The BCBA will support behavior programming across the site, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop and support implementation of Behavior Support Plans, and guide data-based decision-making. The role also provides crisis prevention and intervention support and staff training on ABA principles.

The position follows a 185-day school calendar, with a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The stated annual salary range is $66,327 to $93,036, based on years of experience in a school-based setting. LCSC is a public, nonprofit educational service agency serving over 130 members across west-central Minnesota. Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Ability to obtain PCM and Ukeru certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
