About The Position

BAYADA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services at its ABA center in Waipahu, Hawai‘i. The role is full-time and salaried, with a stated salary range of $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The BCBA will work with colleagues as part of a large team of BCBAs in Hawai‘i and provide compassionate, excellent, and reliable services to clients and their families.

Requirements

• Hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Obtain a Hawai‘i state license in behavior analysis before the start date.
• Have experience in behavior analysis and strong professional references.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, including use of technology.
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
• Design treatment plans and monitor their implementation.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct group trainings and supervisions.
• Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
• Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence, and Reliability for employees, clients, and families.
