About The Position

Applaud Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about meaningful work and ready to bring their expertise to a supportive, collaborative environment. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with supervising BCBAs.

Requirements

• Active RBT Certification through the BACB (required)
• Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD
• Confidence delivering services independently in the field (home, community, or school)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on skill development, behavior reduction, and client independence
• Collect accurate data using clinical software to track progress and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of treatment plans
• Support generalization of skills and contribute to parent and caregiver coaching as directed by the BCBA
