About The Position

Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Ennis center. This is a center-based role where RBTs work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting. The position offers a daytime schedule with no evening or weekend requirements, and eliminates the need for in-home driving. RBTs will run individualized procedures to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve communication. They will support neurodiversity-affirming care, provide assent-based care, and prioritize client needs. Data collection and progress note writing using a tablet are also key responsibilities. Galliant is BCBA-D owned and operated, focusing on employee support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
Ability to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
