Registered Behavior Technician (Center Based RBT)
About The Position
Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Seagoville center. This is a center-based role where you will work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting. We are BCBA-D owned and operated, focusing on employee support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care. The role offers a consistent daytime schedule, no in-home driving, direct clinical mentorship, and structured semi-annual growth opportunities. We aim to create excellent clinical outcomes while working closely within our clients' systems of support, including parent collaboration and coordination with other providers.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
- Ability to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities
- Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
- Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.
- Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
