Registered Behavior Technician (Center Based RBT)
About The Position
Galliant is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Forest Lane center. This is a center-based role where RBTs work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting. The role focuses on running individualized procedures to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve communication, all while supporting neurodiversity-affirming and assent-based care. Responsibilities include collecting session data using a tablet and writing objective daily progress notes. Galliant is BCBA-D owned and operated, emphasizing employee support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
- Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
