About The Position

ABA Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and adolescents in school and home settings across Venice, FL. The RBT will work closely with the BCBA team to implement behavior intervention plans, facilitate social skills, and help clients reach life-changing goals. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy, collecting and inputting accurate data in real-time, and collaborating with families, educators, and clinicians.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience with children or youth in educational or therapeutic settings
• Reliable transportation (for travel between home/school cases)
• Passion for ethical, person-centered care and professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school, home, and community settings
• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCBA
• Collect and input accurate data in real-time
• Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcomes
