About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing Gulf Coast team serving children and families throughout the Bradenton area. This position offers the opportunity to provide services across our Bradenton clinic, local schools, and home settings while working alongside experienced BCBAs who are committed to your success. Whether you're an experienced RBT or beginning your career in ABA, you'll receive consistent supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, BCBA-owned organization. ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned organization providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services throughout Florida. Requirements

  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or willingness to obtain certification
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel between service locations
  • Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality ABA services
  • All positions require screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collect and accurately document session data
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements
  • Support skill generalization across multiple environments
