About The Position
ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join its clinical team. The role involves supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Services are provided in home, school, and center-based settings under BCBA supervision. The position offers flexible scheduling, professional development and RBT support, and opportunities for career growth, including a BCBA track.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Be reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect session data and complete documentation.
- Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
- Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
