About The Position
ABA Achievers is hiring a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role provides one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting session data, completing documentation, and communicating with families and the supervising BCBA. Services are delivered in home, school, and center-based settings.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect session data and complete documentation.
- Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
- Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
