About The Position
ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to join its clinical team. The role provides ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision. Services are provided in home, school, and center-based settings. The position offers flexible scheduling, professional development and RBT support, and opportunities for career growth, including a BCBA track.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Be reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect session data and complete documentation.
- Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
- Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
