Scoot Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work closely with students, either 1:1 or across entire classrooms, assisting with various moderate to severe scenarios such as toileting, personal 1:1 care, non-verbal communication, and managing challenging or aggressive behaviors in the classroom. The RBT will foster a safe and nurturing learning environment, support resource teacher(s) in delivering IEPs, and follow directions from lead educators. The role is non-exempt, with actual pay being hourly and based on hours worked. Pay varies by certification, school, and assignment, with daily pay ranging and typically being higher for long-term placements.
