RBT Daytime: M-W 10:00a-4:00p | Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. You’ll work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role involves working one-on-one with children in their homes, following individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, communicating with families, and meeting weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support. Scheduling options include full-time or part-time, with paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- College education is a plus but not required.
