About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team. This is an opportunity for individuals who value their experience and seek a supportive environment for growth. As a skilled ABA professional, you will help clients thrive by providing one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. You will be a key part of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, accurately recording session data, and creating a positive learning environment for clients while building genuine connections with families. Services take place in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time, with a commitment of 6 months.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and a calm presence – even in challenging moments.
  • RBT certification (required before starting).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in education or early childhood development
  • Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
  • Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
  • Experience in after-school programs or camp counseling
  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
  • Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
  • Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
  • Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
  • Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
  • Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
  • Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
