About The Position

GPHA is a non-profit healthcare organization founded in 1970, committed to providing compassionate and affordable healthcare services. GPHA is one of the largest Dental providers in the Philadelphia and Tri-state area. We are presently seeking full-time Dental Assistants. Qualified candidates must be ambitious, positive, talented, and friendly, possessing the ability to multi-task. We are looking for individuals that want to grow and develop with the division. Traveling and rotating Saturdays are required.

Requirements

• Proficient in chairside dentistry
• Proficient in quality diagnostic digital x-rays
• Proficient in impressions and model pouring
• Knowledge of infection control
• Ability to adapt and understand the needs of the Dentist
• Ambitious, positive, talented, and friendly
• Ability to multi-task
• High school graduate or equivalent
• DANB Certification required
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• CPR Certification required
• Ability to interact with people of diverse cultures and languages effectively to obtain necessary information

Nice To Haves

• One year of dental assisting experience, preferred
