About The Position
Bright Start ABA is seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding program. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children by helping them grow, learn, and succeed. You will be an integral part of witnessing and facilitating breakthrough moments firsthand.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Current RBT certification
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
- Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
- Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA.
- Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
