About The Position

The Treetop is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Tucson South and surrounding areas. They are looking for compassionate and dedicated professionals to help children grow, learn, and reach their full potential. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within the service area.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs.
• Keep families updated on their child's progress.
• Conduct therapy sessions in clients' homes.
• Work independently while staying connected with the clinical team.
