About The Position

At Gold Vine, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.” We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing compassionate, ethical ABA therapy to children ages 2–14 in a supportive clinic environment. Because we are clinician-led, our decisions are guided by clinical quality and staff well-being—not just numbers. At Gold Vine, you aren't just an employee; you are a valued part of our family. Too many RBTs feel overworked, unsupported, and stressed by unpredictable schedules. We built our clinic model to change that. When you join our team, you can expect: Scheduling Stability: Say goodbye to session cancellations ruining your paycheck. We offer consistent hours and reliable clinic schedules. In-Person BCBA Support: Our BCBAs are right there in the clinic with you. They are ready to step in, answer questions, or provide hands-on guidance when you need it—you will work side by side with your lead. Strong Support & Mentorship: Extra supervision, open communication, and tailored training during your first 90 days to ensure you feel confident. Healthy Work Culture: Realistic responsibilities, clear expectations, and a positive, family-friendly environment where your voice is not only heard, but encouraged and welcomed.
