About The Position

The Treetop is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans. The position involves working 1:1 with children in their natural environment (at home) to help them grow, learn, and reach their full potential. The Treetop provides support, training, and growth opportunities for both new and experienced RBTs. BCBAs will provide guidance throughout the process, and the role involves tracking progress, celebrating achievements, and communicating with families. Sessions are conducted in clients' homes, requiring independent work while staying connected with the clinical team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within the service area.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus.
• Certified as an RBT.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and breakthroughs.
• Keep families updated on their child's progress.
• Conduct sessions in clients' homes.
• Work independently while staying connected with the clinical team.
