About The Position

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions is an ABA therapy agency serving families and individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior challenges. The agency seeks caring, energetic professionals to provide high-quality, individualized care. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing behavior support plans designed for toddlers, children, and teens. You will help clients develop fundamental skills for daily activities through direct therapy and instruction.

Requirements

Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential; the employer can assist with obtaining it.
Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
Clear criminal background checks.

Ability to receive ongoing constructive feedback.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
Implement Behavior Support Plans correctly and as directed by the BCBA.
Accept constructive feedback and actively work to address areas identified by the BCBA.
Prepare and assist with constructing instructional materials.
Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
Work as part of a team and collaborate with team members.
Participate in and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings.
Debrief caregivers after each session.
Maintain confidential health information.
Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
Complete other job-related duties as directed.
