Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in North Bergen, New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role! Setting: School-Based Services Exclusive school placement Hours: 8:30am-3:15pm Pay: $28-$30/hour Compensation for the full school day, including lunch. Requirements
- RBT certification
- Experience working in school setting
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
- Provide direct one-on-one support to students in the classroom and during school activities.
- Support students with academic tasks and social skills development.
