Join Our Team at Riley ABA & Autism Center! Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with developmental disabilities? Riley ABA & Autism Center is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and provide exceptional care to children diagnosed with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Specialized Early Intervention : Work with children ages 2-5 in a center-based, early intervention setting. Our newly opened Brookside clinic offers a supportive, positive environment for both clients and employees. Our 17,000 square foot building has an abundance of reinforcers, learning opportunities in robust spaces including an expansive outdoor playground, indoor play town, and sensory gym areas. You won't find a lack of toys or resources here! Convenient Location : Located just a short drive from the Country Club Plaza and downtown Kansas City, our clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. Requirements

RBT Certification.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Valid driver’s license.
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and move quickly when necessary.

Responsibilities

Support children in 1:1 and group settings using ABA therapy techniques, including intensive teaching and natural environment training.
Follow behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Track and record client progress and behavioral data.
Assist with parent and caregiver training to reinforce treatment goals.
Communicate effectively with families to share progress and strategies.
