About The Position

Westside is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for its Lockport Clinic in Lockport, Illinois. The RBT works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to provide high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. The role involves delivering direct services, participating in BCBA supervision, and documenting client behavioral data. The posted schedule is Monday 11 a.m.–6 p.m., Tuesday 4 p.m.–6 p.m., Wednesday 1 p.m.–6 p.m., and Friday 11 a.m.–6 p.m.; it may change based on clinic needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence with a variety of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Work collaboratively with families and BCBAs to support each child’s progress.
• Adapt to each child’s unique needs and help make sessions engaging and enjoyable.
