About The Position

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings (in-home, in-school, or in-clinic). The RBT will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, track client progress through data collection, and work collaboratively with families and other team members. Maintaining a safe and positive therapy environment is also a key aspect of the position.

Requirements

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience in ABA therapy
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
