RBT Afternoons: M-F 2:30p-6:30p, Sat 9a-1p | Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. You’ll work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role offers direct BCBA mentorship and support, clinician-built caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid training and a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. The listed schedule for Client #1 is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfort with moving around and bending, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- College education is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children while following individualized treatment plans.
- Track progress and communicate with families.
- Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
