About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role offers opportunities for growth and clinical guidance, with flexible hours and the ability to work with the team to develop a schedule that supports work-life balance. Compensation is listed as $25–$30 an hour. The technician provides direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic environments and implements individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA. The position involves travel between locations, with travel of up to 25%.

Requirements

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.
RBT certification is required.
Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute between locations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Commute between locations promptly; a vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
