About The Position

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports RBTs with supervision and onboarding. The Registered Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The role involves applying treatment and behavior intervention plans, collecting session data, supporting children's skill development and positive behavior, and sharing progress with the clinical team. The schedule includes afternoon hours, and settings include home-based and day-care cases.

Requirements

• Active RBT Certification.
• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
