About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, and travel may be up to 25%.

Requirements

RBT certification is required.
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute between locations.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Commute between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
