About The Position

Tellos is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a home setting in Warner Robins, Georgia. The RBT implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life. The scheduled hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Spanish speaking is required. Requirements

Spanish speaking is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Registered Behavior Technician certification or Behavior Technician experience is strongly preferred.
At least six months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
Provide one-to-one direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
