About The Position

Golden Steps ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism in in-home and community settings in Hebron. RBTs follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, work with children and families to support progress, and receive BCBA guidance, paid training, ongoing supervision, and professional development opportunities. The role is part-time, with evening hours Wednesday through Friday. Pay is $22–$27 per hour. Requirements

Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required.
Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field can be a strong foundation for the role.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
Use client-specific treatment strategies and behavior support plans.
Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
Share observations and questions with the supervising BCBA.
Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
