About The Position

Golden Steps ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis services to children and young adults with autism in the Wildwood area. The position is listed as part-time, with a 4–7 p.m. schedule, and sessions take place in clients’ homes or community settings. Requirements

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification, if applicable to the opening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities.
• Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use client-specific treatment strategies and behavior support plans.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with the supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
