About The Position
Maven is building out its Operations team and welcomes interest from candidates at all levels who are passionate about trading operations and financial markets. The Operations team supports Maven’s trading activity and works closely with traders across desks. Its work includes trade booking, position management, P&L reconciliation, and support throughout the trade lifecycle. The environment is described as fast-paced and high-impact, with varied day-to-day work.

- Experience or interest in working closely with front-office teams or trading desks.
