Position Summary: The Staff Educator is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for providing technical support and education for the hospital staff. In this role you will be responsible for nursing staff education and training, and for the employee health and compliance program. Additionally in this role you will assist the CNO in evaluating, reviewing, designing and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN/MHT staff required training.
Requirements
- Current Florida State Registered Nurse License
- CPR
- Respiratory Fit testing is a requirement of the job.
Nice To Haves
- Three years inpatient psychiatric experience with adolescents and/or children preferred.
