GitGuardian is seeking a Regional VP of Sales for the East Americas region, based in NYC. This role is crucial for scaling the Americas sales organization to meet accelerating Enterprise demand. The VP will own the East Americas Enterprise segment (companies with 1000+ developers), leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion. Reporting to the VP, GTM, this individual will partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to build a high-performing sales engine. The mission includes hiring, coaching, and scaling the sales team, leading by example in customer meetings and negotiations, developing territory and account strategies, driving pipeline generation through specific outbound motions, codifying sales playbooks, ensuring pipeline hygiene and qualification standards, delivering accurate forecasts, and partnering with Solution Engineering to win technical POCs. Maintaining CRM hygiene and leveraging tools like HubSpot, Gong, and Apollo for team optimization is also key.
