About The Position

The Texas Region represents one of SESI's most exciting opportunities for continued growth and innovation. Spanning one of the nation's fastest-growing states, the region serves diverse communities through specialized education programs that make a lasting impact on students, families, and school districts. Building on a strong foundation, the next Regional Vice President will have the opportunity to strengthen leadership, deepen district partnerships, expand SESI's presence, and help shape the future of specialized education throughout Texas. Texas is experiencing unprecedented demand for specialized education services driven by increasing student populations, expanding identification of students requiring IDEA and Section 504 services, and growing needs in autism and behavioral support. School districts across the state are actively seeking experienced partners capable of delivering high-quality specialized programming while improving student outcomes. Today, the region is positioned for transformational growth. The Regional Vice President will lead a business expected to grow from approximately $14 million in annual revenue to more than $55 million over the next several years, representing the launch of approximately 55 to 60 new specialized education programs across major metropolitan markets including Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, with continued expansion into additional communities throughout the state. This is far more than an operational leadership role. It is an opportunity to build one of SESI's flagship regions by scaling leaders, strengthening operational excellence, cultivating long-term district partnerships, and ensuring exceptional program quality throughout a period of accelerated expansion. Success will require an executive who can balance disciplined execution with entrepreneurial thinking—someone equally comfortable leading complex operations, building trusted relationships with superintendents and district leaders, and identifying new opportunities to serve students and families.
