About The Position

CAMS (Community Association Management Services), part of the Associa family, is a rapidly growing HOA management company in the southeastern US, founded on the principle that people come first. Established in 1991, CAMS is an innovative, flexible, and team-oriented company. We are seeking a Regional Vice President to manage operations in the Myrtle Beach, SC market. This leadership role involves ensuring high-quality customer service, achieving financial and operational targets, expanding the client base, and mentoring the team for professional growth.

Requirements

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent reasoning, planning, and time-management abilities.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Self-starter with motivation, proactivity, and the capacity to work quickly and accurately.
Ability to meet various attendance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HOA/POA management/supervisory role.
CMCA required.

Nice To Haves

AMS preferred.
PCAM preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the business development team to offer local expertise, promote the CAMS brand, and drive new business growth in the region.
Lead the planning and execution of company strategies and operations.
Oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with clients and service providers.
Allocate management resources to meet operational demands.
Partner with the HR Team to recruit and retain skilled team members.
Supervise Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers within the region.
Engage in special projects with senior management.
