The Regional Vice President (RVP) for Water & Energy Services is the senior regional leader responsible for shaping, scaling, and sustaining GWT’s presence, performance, and influence across a defined geographic region. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, market leadership, financial performance, and organizational development within the Water & Energy Services vertical. The RVP is accountable for translating GWT’s national vision for Water & Energy Services into regional reality. This includes defining where and how the business grows, strengthening GWT’s position in key markets, developing long-term client and partner relationships, and ensuring that the region operates as a disciplined, high-performing, and scalable platform. Unlike purely operational leadership roles, the RVP operates with a forward-looking mandate. They anticipate market shifts in water treatment, energy optimization, sustainability, and regulatory environments. They identify emerging opportunities in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, data centers, and commercial real estate. They ensure that GWT is not only responding to client needs but actively shaping the future of Water & Energy Services within the region. The RVP is also the primary steward of regional financial performance. They own regional P&L outcomes, margin expansion, and revenue quality. This includes balancing growth with profitability, optimizing service mix, improving contract economics, and ensuring that GWT’s technical solutions and service models generate durable value for both clients and the company. From a leadership perspective, the RVP is responsible for building and evolving the regional leadership team. They develop District and Territory Managers, identify future leaders, establish succession pathways, and set the cultural and performance expectations for the Water & Energy Services organization within their region. The RVP ensures that GWT’s values, standards, and operating principles are consistently embodied across districts and territories. In essence, the RVP is responsible for ensuring that Water & Energy Services in their region operates not as a collection of individual territories, but as a cohesive, strategically positioned, financially disciplined, and talent-rich regional platform.
